Instance of popup window launched from text link.




installation of the popup link onto a web page requires that a single block of code shown below be installed on the web page.




The block of code describing the popup window is shown below and should be installed at a selected location in the body area of the web page.

NOTE: There is an small issue with this code.
The code must me formatted precisely, however some webpage editor programs and browsers will change an important area of the formatting.
The key area to check is shown below, in which there is a line break after the <A  statement and immediately before the onclick=" statement. 
If this line break does not exist in the code, then when the link is clicked the search engine will open in a normal browser window and not in a popup window. 
A space should appear immediately after the letter A and before the line break.

That's all. After installing the code and saving the page, upload the page to your website account and test that the link works correctly by clicking it. A popup window will display containing an instance of the search engine searchbox and button, and leaving your website open in the original browser window.


To de install the link, remove the block of code from the web page.
